This is contrasted to the process of Estate Administration,
which involves the settling of one's affairs after one's death.

There are four (4) primary Estate Planning Documents

Although each document has a different purpose, each document is similar also.
Each document explains instructions that are to be followed in a given situation.

The four (4) primary Estate Planning documents are

Powers of Attorney ~ "Durable" ~ "Springing" ~ "Limited"
Living Wills ~ "Advance Directive for Health Care" (in Pa)
Last Wills ~ "Last Will and Testament
Trusts ~ "Revocable" ~ "Irrevocable" ~ "Testamentary"
